Adelante Benefits Connection Center (BCC)

The Benefits Connection Center helps low-income seniors (65+) and people with disabilities (21+) in New Mexico connect to benefits programs like SNAP, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, and more. This service is offered free of charge to individuals using the service, thanks to a grant from the National Council on Aging (NCOA). The Benefits Connection Center works to make the process as simple as possible, cutting through the governmental red tape, and getting you the services you need. Adelante’s screening process helps people determine all the benefits they would be eligible to receive to help them cover the costs of food, utilities, and more. Then the individual chooses which benefits they would like to receive and apply for, and Adelante helps them complete their applications. Adelante can also follow up to help with the renewal process.
